I recommend wholeheatedly!
Getting back late from a trip to S. Gimignano, we decided to find a restaurant on the way, and we picked up La Vallata at random, trusting the Tuscany "small place out of the tourist areas"="great value" equation.. and we weren't …
We held our wedding at this superb restaurant in its beautiful surroundings and had the most amazing time. Food was excellent, staff were very helpful and friendly, simply a romantic venue for the perfect wedding! I wish I could rate it 10 stars as they deserve it!

Excellent food, particularly the pigeon and rabbit. Would recommend the pasta degustation. We tried ravioli with zucchini flowers and pine nuts in a saffron cream sauce, a flat pasta with partridge and truffle oil, and orchiaetta with Angus beef and ricotta. All were very good.
The only thing that could be improved was slightly slow service
Worth a visit
Excellent food and wine - both locally produced - served by friendly people in a lovely scenary.
